I'm a list maker. I make a list for everything. Everything. Oh, you're the same? Then perfect. (If you're not the same, then get on the list train, it is so refreshing!) And because I love you all so much, have I got the most perfect note pads (aka thought organizers) for you! KNOCK KNOCK pads are my most favorite. I use them all the time. Here are my two absolute favorites! I love this pad the MOST because it helps me plan out our meals for the week, including the kids breakfasts and lunches. I've been very into making from scratch desserts... and thanks to Pinterest I seriously found THE BEST brownie recipe, ever. Like ever. Here is the link to the orginal recipe I found! Thank you Genius Kitchen! But before we dive into the recipe, I wanted to say that I made these brownies with Sunday the other day for our "girls date." Funny girls date request, right? She said it's because I almost always tell her no when she asks to help. It was not until I changed my eating to what I consider "clean" (if it comes from the earth, eat it) and portioned (you can eat . . .
Looking for some ideas for mommy dearest? I asked around on my instagram and facebook and here were the most common answers: A DAY TO HERSELF This was THE MOST common answer. Yes that means leave her alone. All alone. This does not mean we don't love you guys, but it just means we want to do things FOR OURSELVES. Like go shopping or go to workout or go to the bathroom without an audience or absolutely NOTHING. Ha! This also means she does not want to cook, clean or be asked any questions. In other words, no mom duties. AAAAND to make it easier for you I've made a coupon for you to use and print! Cute right? Download it here! 👉🏼Download SPA DAY Make an appointment at . . .
